Our Story

EVENT SERIES

A quarterly gathering for senior leaders and entrepreneurs wanting to connect without corporate networking events. From fireside chats and supper clubs to digital detox evenings and retreat days, we partner with private members clubs and luxury hotels such as The Ned, The Arts Club, Soho House, The Twenty Two, Ten Trinity Square Four Seasons and The Rosewood.

COACHING & WORKSHOPS

Combining Maude’s expertise across wellbeing and burnout prevention, with Ellie’s focus on career development & visibility, we deliver 1-1 coaching clinics, ongoing coaching residencies and group training workshops at a range of companies from Google and Channel 4 to large consulting firms. These sessions can be delivered remotely or in person.

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP

Our core offering is a training programme specifically focused on supporting and retaining senior female talent within the professional services industries. We deliver three and six month programmes comprising 1-1 coaching, training workshops and events for all women at senior levels, often focusing on those returning to work after parental leave.

  • Massively impressed with Ellie & Maude for their bespoke presentation tailored specifically for Google EMEA's People Consultant Team entitled "Power Up to Power Down". Ellie and Maude were a pleasure to work with as we crafted this workshop together and they led it live with such authenticity and expertise, balancing giving first-hand experience of their own, while also eliciting input from the audience, to foster rich engagement.
